Volunteering can be a rewarding, fun and productive use of your spare time. Volunteers are at the heart of all Mid Staffs Mind’s services and we couldn’t continue to offer such a variety of activities without the loyalty and support of this great team. We are always looking for new people to join us in a variety of different roles.

Become a Trustee of Mid Staffs Mind!
Mid Staffs Mind are also looking for people who are enthusiastic about the charity and its work to become trustees. Trustees come from a variety of backgrounds and usually have lived experience of mental health issues. The role involves regular meetings to discuss the overall running of the charity, helping to make decisions on operational issues and guiding the delivery of our services. We are looking for people with drive, commitment and a passion for improving mental health in our community! Trustee Application Form
Please note that all volunteer roles require a DBS check. Volunteers must pay for this (c. £7.50) and will be reimbursed upon their successful completion of our probationary period.
